Laboratory Technician (Lab Analyst)
Job Purpose :Responsible for sampling and analysis (physical, chemical, microbiology, taste) related to raw materials, pack materials, work in process , finish products, RPM, auxiliary, chemicals, water, waste and others, in line with Heineken and other standards /procedures.
§ Contributes in implementing safety improvement activities
§ Contributes to the implementation of quality systems and procedures and proposes possible improvements to colleagues and his/her manager
§ Evaluates efficiency and effectiveness of tasks and identifies improvement opportunities taking appropriate corrective or preventative action. Actively involved in 5S teams.
§ Contributes to improvement activities of the analyses in his/her area of responsibility and takes appropriate corrective or preventative action
§ Identifies the root cause of the OOS and decides the necessary action to avoid its recurrence
§ Captures and interprets performance data and executes corrective actions
§ Minimum Diploma (D3) graduate from Food Technology/Biology/Bio-chemistry/Micro Biology.
§ Fresh Graduate are welcome, but having experience is an advantage.
§ Strong knowledge on Good Laboratory Practices (ISO 17025), Lab Instrument (GC), Statistical Process Control
§ Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
§ Good command in English, both oral and written
§ Computer literate
§ High potential for further development
