Objectives : To achieve the targeted production volume under his supervision in line with the procedure and norms on quantity and quality at the most efficient way by good planning, organizing, controlling all resources in packaging section.
Responsibility :
Ensure that procedures and instructions are understood, implemented and adhere to in the packing section.
Ensure the quality of the products are achieved and maintained according to the standards by analyzing, controlling, reporting and take necessary measures to ensure the continuity of the operations and also contribute to continuous improvement of the product quality.
Ensure the adherence of safety procedures.
Takes all measures and control the quality and timely daily production reports (downtime reports, water and other materials consumption report) as well as correct transmission within the brewery.
To overcome the losses by using TPM approach.
Requirements :
University graduates from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Has practical and theoretical knowledge of various packaging machines
Min. 3 years of solid experiences in packaging
Mastery in Quality Management System is essential
Familiar with TPM, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, HACCP, SAP

Responsibility:

Job Description:To ensure through drive and support of management in the change process, through the Pillar structure, with the implementation of the Methodology to achieve sustainable results and all employees to be engaged.
Supporting and advising management with the system to link Mission, KPIs and TPM activities, using loss deployments, and to set challenging targets for the Plant.
Supporting and advising management with the change of mindset in the employees to get sustainable full engagement of all employees in the use of TPM tools to achieve the brewery Vision and objectives.
Coordinate, organize and support execution for the implementation of TPM, according to the overall TPM 3 year Master Plan for the Plant, to achieve sustainable and continuous improvement.
Develop and create conditions (to be provided by the management) for execution of the overall TPM Project Plan such as: time, training, attention, communication.
Support the development of TPM training plan for the brewery based on TPM skill matrix.
Facilitate TPM team meetings and support team-members with their improvement actions.
Organize and execute measurement on the line; independently or in cooperation with TPM team members.
Organize and execute audits and coaching on the implementation of all TPM activities, including reporting on the audits.
Coordinate communication with regional and corporate TPM colleagues.
